Lilah Rose and Co has a 14 day return policy, you have 14 days from the date of fulfillment of your item to request a return and only offers store credit for all returns. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.
We hope that our store credit refund policy encourages our LRCO customers to carefully choose the perfect styles that will create the style they are looking for. You will receive your store credit (LRCO E Gift Card) through the email on file for the order; with 3 days of your return being delivered to our store, it is inspected and your return is approved. The refund amount will reflect any discounts and taxes that were given/included at the time of purchase.
Your store credit LRCO E Gift Card never expires.
If you receive a damaged, defective or the wrong item, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item so we can make it right.
To initiate a return, enter your email in the box above. A link will be sent with your Order History. Select the items you would like to return. Once you have identified the items you would like to return; an email will be sent with a packing slip and a prepaid USPS return label. Print out the label and send your package back to LRCO.
Please remember that only Approved Items are eligible for returns and all Approved Items are included in the same package.
Exchanges will only be accepted for the same item in a different size, if available.
LRCO only allows an Exchange 1 time per item.
Once LRCO receives your Exchange request we will begin processing your order. Please allow up to 5 days for your exchange to be processed and shipped. Once shipped you will receive an email with your package's tracking number.
We do not offer exchanges for International Orders.

Please include your packing slip, and all items that have been approved for exchange. Additional items included in your exchange will not be accepted and will not be calculated in your Store Credit.
Return Policy and FAQ's Answers
We only offer Store Credit for returns. We do not offer refunds to your original form of payment.
Your Store Credit amount is only for item(s) you purchased and does not include shipping costs.
All merchandise must be returned within 14 days of fulfillment to be eligible for a return.
Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and have original tags still attached.
Shoes must be unworn and show no signs of wear including scuff marks and such.
Your store credit can not be used for future purchases until all eligible return items have been processed.
During the Return Process you will only be able to select eligible returnable items. This will include all items past the 14 day return fulfillment date, Final Sale Items, and all Accessories are not eligible for returns.
Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.
All Accessories are Final Sale and Not eligible for returns or exchanges. Accessories include: Jewelry, Hats, Handbags, Purses, Scarves, and Belts
Please allow 5 days for the return to be processed. Once processed we will email you a LRCO E-Gift Card with your store credit amount that can be used on our website.
No International Returns are accepted.
